In partnership with Bridge Investment Group and Wynkoop Financial, Shoreham Capital acquired a 26-acre development site in June 2022. The project is currently under development and will soon become a 412-unit luxury rental community. Estimated completion is anticipated for Q2 2025.

Shoreham Capital is developing The Preserve at Poinciana, a 175-home, build-to-rent community. The Property was exited on a Forward Sale basis to Heitman.

In partnership with Bridge Investment Group, Shoreham Capital acquired Mason at Van Dorn – a 1,180-unit multifamily community in Alexandria, Virginia in March 2024. The site spans 30 acres and includes 14 buildings. It’s situated next to WestEnd Alexandria, a mixed-use redevelopment spanning 4 million square feet, which sits on the former Landmark Mall site.

Shoreham Capital acquired the 227-unit multifamily community in Arlington, Virginia in October 2024. Located at 955 S. Columbus Street, the property – known as Infinity Apartment Homes – is within the highly desirable Columbia Pike Corridor.

Shoreham Capital is under contract to acquire 47 individually platted and finished luxury townhomes known as Juniper Pointe from Toll Brothers. This acquisition presents a unique opportunity to forward buy brand-new luxury townhomes at a significant discount to sales comps.
