Doug Faron
Founder | Managing Partner
With over 15 years of real estate, private equity and investment experience, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge to Westlight Capital across sourcing, capitalizing, structuring, and executing transactions. Doug has overseen the investment in over $10bn of real estate investments and developments across multiple asset classes. He has successfully executed the investment, development, and management of more than 7,500 residential units across prime growth markets. Prior to Westlight, Doug was most recently a Managing Director at the CIM Group, a $35.0bn AUM real estate private equity firm, where he oversaw the East Coast equity investments for the firm. Before CIM, Doug worked in corporate private equity for LNK Partners and began his career at Deutsche Bank in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Doug has a BA from Brown University with a double concentration in International Relations and Economics and received his MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Joe has more than two decades of real estate experience, having executed more than $50 billion of transactions across all sectors, product types, and geographies. Previously, Joe served as a Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities/Eastdil Secured, where he worked for over 14 years in their New York and Los Angeles offices. During his tenure, he provided clients with strategic advice, executed M&A transactions, and delivered capital markets solutions, including IPOs, common and preferred equity offerings, and public and private debt financings.
Joe graduated from The Wharton School and received his MBA from Duke University’s School of Business.

Cloe Eiber has nearly a decade of experience acquiring and managing institutional-quality real estate investments across multiple asset classes and U.S. markets. As Vice President at Westlight Capital, Cloe is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate investments and overseeing the firm's expanding portfolio. Prior to Westlight, Cloe served as Vice President at Rockwood Capital, where she helped deploy over $500 million in equity and credit investments across transactions totaling approximately $4.3 billion. Her experience spans multifamily, office, and mixed-use developments, including structuring complex transactions and leading due diligence.
Earlier, Cloe was an Associate at Assurant Investment Management, underwriting over $7 billion in potential acquisitions for a $750 million portfolio. She began her career at Starwood Property Trust, focusing on special situations and asset management. Cloe holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.

Prior to joining Westlight, Jay was Chief Acquisition Officer of Vero Sade, the vertically integrated multifamily platform of Vero Capital, where he led multifamily investments for the firm. Additionally, he previously worked on the investments team at RXR, a New York City-based owner-operator with over $20 billion of assets.
Jay earned his B.A. in quantitative economics from Tufts University. He is a Crain's New York Business 20 in Their Twenties honoree and has been quoted in national real estate publications, including the National Apartment Association's UNITS Magazine and Commercial Observer.

Patrick Martin is a Development Manager, where he supports the firm’s initiatives by managing all aspects of development. With experience in underwriting, financial analysis, and construction management, Patrick has overseen complex development projects throughout his career. His previous experience includes roles as a Real Estate Development Associate at Northpoint Realty Partners and Senior Project Engineer at Foulger-Pratt Companies.
