Siesta Lakes is a 9 building 412 unit multifamily rental community located in Cape Coral, Florida.  The site was acquired in June of 2022 with construction beginning in March of 2023 and completed in June of 2025.  The project is currently owned and operated in partnership with Bridge Investment Group and Wynkoop Financial in a long term hold vehicle.
